My name is Kismet. I am a very big man cat and I live in Whiskonsin. I live with my Person and I am very happy with her, even though sometimes she does not feed me when I am very hungry (all the time) and then I get mad and I pee on things.
I also live with my orange sister Sophie who annoys me sometimes, and a bunny named Henry, who is a bunman not a man-cat so we do not have much in common.

Congratulations, Kismet, but we can't believe that you're only up to #100! We started reading you last summer; you were the first cat blog we started reading regularly and that's how we met Skeezix--from your comments. We're quickly approaching #200 and we only started in August. That just goes to show you the difference between quality and quantity. Your posts are always so thoughtful and interesting because you express yourself so well. We just slap up a few words with some photos.
We really miss you when you don't blog, and we're so glad you're back at it again.
Sophie, you are just the sweetest thing! I am going to tell you a secret to help you if you decide to start a modeling career. You can find some very cute clothes for not many green papers at Build-a-Bear workshops (I go to their on-line store). You would look very cute in one of their t-shirts, and they are only about $5 each! They also have cute costumes, hats, and accessories. I don't recommend the shoes.

After thinking about Rosie's question about the pronunciation of your name, she finally realized that she spelled your name as Kizmet in the link on our blog because that's how it's pronounced. It was your name that attracted us to your blog in the first place; it was fate. Sort of like that TV guy Earl's karma.
